Marketing Campaign
Challenge
An addiction counseling center realized their brand was due for a refresh and wanted better opportunities to connect with their target audience.
Solution
After evaluating the center’s current messaging, I drafted a new set of brand guidelines for the center. Using the refreshed brand, the design team and I iterated on multichannel campaign assets, including web, print, email, and SMS messaging.
Refreshed brand guidelines detailed design do’s and don’ts, as well as tone and voice for content and messaging. It was important to the center to maintain a tone that treated addiction counseling with the gravity it deserved, but also hope for the future.
Brand Guidelines
A series of brochures detailed the center’s services with frequently asked questions about inpatient and outpatient programs.
Brochure
Audience-specific one-sheets were created to highlight the services most frequently needed for certain demographics. Featured here is a one-sheet speaking to veterans who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder or depression and are in need of addiction counseling.
One Sheet
A campaign was launched with the new brand to connect with individuals who may need addiction counseling. The campaign sent emails late in the evening because audience research demonstrated that those with an addiction may struggle to fall asleep in the evenings.
